Finished reading The Iliad yesterday
And I have to say, Achilles was an ass! I fail to see why people see him as the protagonist. Hektor was so much more noble - he wanted to fight for Troy till the very end, and was very respectful even to those he killed.
But Achilles - well, I can see why he’s friends with Agamemnon.
