Jon is on the wall, with his brothers, and then across it with Ygritte, then back to the wall. Arya had Gendry, and is still linked to Nymeria. But Sansa has absolutely no one who is her family. So she takes the strength and poise of a lady, and turns it into something as deadly and defensive as a direwolf’s fangs and claws. She knows that she is alone, and that no one is coming for her, so she adapts. She plays the game, she keeps her mouth shut, she stays alive.
Because the best way to hide a wolf, to keep people feeling safe, is to make them think it’s just a well trained dog.

The amount of unshowered drunken nights I’ve had in that duvet. And days where getting up/showering/living didn’t seem worth the effort. Plus the fact I was sick/feverish at one point and it’s been hot.
I’m surprised it didn’t develop legs.
I bought a new duvet my bed was that bad. I left my old one at home for my mother to deal with/wash/incinerate.
Mature adult life.
I stripped my bed in march. Today I finally made it again.
I feel this is a victory.
yes, coming home to find a crash mat blocking the hallway/hoover cupboard five days before the house is inspected when I’m the only one in to clean up is perfectly acceptable

I’ve missed my dad. After offloading some DVDs and CDs he’d bought onto me because our tastes are frighteningly similar we were emptying my car and he was laughing at how much food I had in every nook and cranny and I said I’d learned from the best (because his car is full of food all the time too) and then I was talking to him about GoT and mentioned my worries RE: Stoneheart and it led to a talk about the women in it and he said that he noticed Dany’s story seems to be veering towards being about the men around her and it was offputting and now it’s like who’s having the bigger effect on the other’s personality here because I cannot tell.
i wish i could go back and slap myself as a child trying to get out of having a bath, because I’m running myself one now and every muscle in me is weeping with joy.
